We were delighted with the tranquil setting and beautiful views overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The grounds were well-maintained, and we loved taking a stroll around the picturesque lake. The hotel also accommodated our dietary needs without any hassle, providing gluten-free options that were delicious. we had a wonderful experience at Domaine Du Chatelard and would highly recommend it to others.

The room was charming with very comfortable bed. Wonderful and peaceful place surrounded by a very beautiful lake. The dinners on the open terrace were delicious. Personnel ( especially two young ladies) was very kind, attentive and professional!!! Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at this beautiful lakeside property for our 12th wedding anniversary and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, creating a custom vegan dinner for me without prior notice. The terrace overlooking the lake was picturesque and the bedroom was comfortable and offered stunning views. The location was peaceful and ideal for walking our dog. The dining room had quirky features and served delicious gluten-free meals. Highly recommended!

I had a nice experience here, everything was great, the location was stunning close enough to a lake of exceptional beauty, and a restaurant. The pool was good and the staff was very welcoming. I really enjoyed my room, it was beautiful & super. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a scenic view over the lake

The standard double room here was amazing and incredibly comfortable, I'm so glad I chose it.

Food served at lunch and dinner were exceptional - first class! Service provided by staff, in particular Eva and Agnes, were excellent - very helpful, enthusiastic, friendly and professional.

Left to our own device on Sunday which we found very strange. This meant that no service provided but full room charge was applied! When there was a wedding occasion held at the hotel's restaurant, we could not sleep because of the noise which lasted till 4:30 A.M.!!! Again, full room charge was applied!! Not happy and this means we may not want to return as do not feel value for money.

The rooms were clean, well furnished and spacious, the dining terrace provided views of a spectaculat sunset during dinner. The evening meal was the highlight of the stay, beautifully cooked and presented with homemade truffles to finish; fleece wraps were provided after the sun had set for anyone feeling chilly. Breakfast was another pleasant gastronomic adventure. The staff were attentive, polite, chatty and eager to help. The best hotel of the trip and one of the best I have ever stayed in. I will definately return.

The pool was probably too cold, 21-22C I was the only one of our party of four who ventured in, there were others around the pool but very few got in. The pool should have been cleaner, the automatic cleaner was very small for the size of the pool and looked passed its best, consequetly the pool floor was slimy to touch.

The highlight of my recent stay at a charming estate in a picturesque location was undoubtedly the stunning surroundings. The beautiful lake provided a tranquil backdrop, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The spacious and clean room was a welcome retreat after a long day of exploring. Although there were some inconveniences, such as the restaurant and bar being closed, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had alternative dining options at a nearby restaurant. The friendly and welcoming owners added a personal touch to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking location and comfortable accommodations.

First impressions was wow what a fantastic place. Superb setting, wonderful lake views from the most beautiful suite The owner and all the staff were most helpful and friendly and made our stay so memorable. The food was absolutely first class and dining out on the terrace overlooking the lake was just wonderful. The Domaine Du Chatelard was simply fantastic and we will be returning !
